DELIVERY & SHIPPING

1. Delivery
The ordered goods can only be sent to a postal address or can be collected at the Le Corde del Cuore laboratory (located in Aosta in via Saint Martin de Corleans n ° 143 / B) using the "click & collect" method (see point 2).
In case of shipment to the Customer, Le Corde del Cuore will deliver to the Customer, at the address indicated by the latter, the products selected and ordered by couriers and / or trusted freight forwarders.
The Customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed; only after this verification, and obviously except for the right of withdrawal provided for in the "Withdrawals & Exchanges" section , will the Customer have to sign the delivery documents.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination and the chosen form of payment:
- in case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after being credited to the current account, which may take a few days and which, in any case, must be made within 7 days from the order;
- in case of payment by credit card / Stripe or with PayPal the goods will be shipped within 5 working days from the receipt of the purchase order and from the confirmation of payment.
In the event that Le Corde del Cuore is not able to respect the delivery times indicated above, the consumer will be promptly informed by e-mail. No indemnity will be due for failure to comply with delivery times.
If the collection in the laboratory is chosen ("click & collect" mode, see point 2), the times for collecting the order will be indicated in the confirmation email and may vary from 1 day (product already available) to 5 working days.
 
2. Click & Collect
In addition to the normal possibility of sending the order to the mailing address indicated by the Customer, there is also the possibility of purchasing one or more items in the online shop with free delivery at the Le Corde del Cuore laboratory located in Aosta in via Saint Martin de Corleans n ° 143 / B. During the order process, select the option "pick up in store" under "shipping address".
When the customer has made his online purchase, he will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. The Customer will be informed via email about the times for the availability of the product (s) in the laboratory. On the occasion of collection in the laboratory, it is necessary to refer to the order number communicated in the order confirmation email.
The customer who does not want to make the purchase online can also choose to make the purchase directly in the laboratory: in this case he can go to the address via Saint Martin de Corleans n ° 143 / B - Aosta during opening hours or upon notice via Whatsapp at 328/3851605, view the available products and buy / order what you want. In the event of an order of unavailable / personalized bijoux, the times for collection will be communicated to him at the same time as the order.
 
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the purchase total as specified during the "Check-out".
If for technical or logistical reasons the shipment should be made with several partial shipments, a single lump sum contribution will be charged to the shipping costs.
In case of purchase with "click & collect" and collection in the laboratory, the customer will not have to bear any shipping costs.
